Seventh Wave is so excited for the celebratory reading for our 2026 digital residency program, "Narrative Shifts." For the past six weeks, we've been sifting through many aspects, elements, and portals of craft, the writing process, and our narratives. Each session was centered around a single topic — be it archives or permission, world-building or form. Our digital residency program is called Narrative Shifts because we believe that narratives do shift — within ourselves, between each other, and beyond our bodies. It has been such a joy to be in community with our 13 residents in this spring cohort, and we can't wait to hear each of them put voice to their work. Join us for a special, intimate gathering on Saturday, April 25, from 8-10 a.m. PST to hear each of our 13 residents share words from — or about — their work.
